    For hikers, the Appalachian Trail sits only 2 miles away, or walk the gentle paths at Shenandoah University's River Campus at Cool Spring Battlefield. 

 

    Love indulging in vino? Enjoy the many Vineyards, Wineries, and Breweries within a 5-mile radius!

    Then at the bottom of the mountain is the Shenandoah River, where you can tube and kayak to your heart's content.
