SMITH MOUNTAIN LAKE CONDO

Located right on the waterfront of Southern Virginia’s Smith Mountain Lake, the condo suite and efficiency are perfect for whatever your needs may be.  Both units are pet friendly!

The condo suite offers the perfect view of the lake and the mountains with enough living space for a group of six, including two king-size beds and a pull-out queen-size couch. There’s a floor-to-ceiling windowed porch, a washer and dryer, as well as a bathroom and a closet for each room.  One bathroom contains a jetted bathtub.

If you are just looking for a comfortable place to stay at night while enjoying the surroundings during the day, then the efficiency may be more your style with a single king-size bed with a full bathroom attached, including a jetted bathtub.

Both rooms include cable TV, free accessible WiFi, linens, A/C, a full kitchen fitted with a stove top, microwave, basic dishware, glassware, cookware, cooking utensils, silverware, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge, and freezer.  The condo suite offers a conventional oven.  Mariner’s Landing itself offers amenities such as multiple pools, a sandy beach, fishing pier, game room, fitness center, walking and biking trails, sand volleyball court, boat launches, playground, and tennis courts. Cleaners/laundry detergent, pool/beach towels, and tennis equipment are not included.
